Ingredients:
1 large pot of Natural Yogurt (plain is best) - 500g
400g of porridge oats
2 teaspoon of baking powder
1 egg
pinch of salt
Pour the yogurt into a mixing bowl. Add the oats, salt, egg, baking powder and mix together. Line a baking tin / loaf tin. Add the mixture. Sprinkle some extra oats over the top. Oven @180° for about 45min. Check and cook for a further 10-12min.
Optional Extras: crushed nuts (pecans, walnuts, cashews, etc), and dried berries from the shop
Obviously this is for chicken wings but it's just a great sauce too! Note: May not be 100% healthy...
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
250ml of Ketchup
250ml of Coca-Cola
2 tablespoons of fine brown sugar
1 teaspoon of hot sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Put ketchup in a saucepan over medium heat. While heating, add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Stir. Add Coca-Cola. Stir. Add the brown sugar. Stir and mix. Add the hot sauce. Stir and heat well. Allow to come to the boil but keep stirring. Sauce should thicken. Enjoy!
